Best long lasting ';true red'; lipstick?

My iwfe wants to have your input on what is the best ';Old Hollywood true red'; long lasting (12-16 hour) lipstick???Any help? She says that she likes true red and a red with barely a hint of orange base in it.From drug store to department store to online-exclusive-----where can it be found and what are your recommendations? I suggest Coonobabe's liplust ';drop dead red';. Realistically I don't know that it would last 16 hrs, don't think such a lipstick exists despite some claims, but I know from using this one that it is a show stopper,and I've gone easily 8-9hrs lasting. here is their link, they offer free shipping so get going!!! good luck: Note this color is a very intense 40's style red, so I guess your wife and me have in common good taste. By the way, dark reds never go out of style, always a good lipstick color.

A true red would be MAC RED from MAC cosmetics lipstick. But i recommend going to MAC and looking at it because they have a junk of variety and you can definatley find a red there.
