On January 9, 2009 the last produced episode of Lipstick Jungle aired. As it was advertised as a season finale, the true status of the show is unknown.Was Chapter 20 of Lipstick Jungle the last episode of the series? Or was it just the season finale?
It is a series...and whether it's being cancelled is up in the air. There was a big rumour floated that it was, but that was put down...however, I think they were floating that just to see what kind of reaction they'd get.
They sure wrapped that show like it was a series finale, not a season finale...depends how the mid-season shows do...and with Jay Leno coming in to take up an hour of primetime every weeknight, Lipstick may not find its' way back.
It's not a series, just one book. And that show is on the list of the ones getting canceled.
