because he was talking about her health care plan. it doesn't matter how you spin it, her plan won't work, that is what he was talking about. obama was talking about sara palin. fact. he has never used that phrase until after the rnc.
Because of the timing and how it was referenced by Obama. Obama chose a bad time to use the comment. Which tells everyone what a poor choice he would be if elected. He doesn't know when to keep his mouth shut on certain wording.
He used it many times. He also thinks women should enjoy being raped by a gorilla. Not to mention he called his wife a c*nt.
