Does anyone know a good long lasting red lipstick?

I have found plenty of great red lips glosses, but need red lipstick. Preferably smudge proof. If possible more of a retro, pin-up, glamor look!

Try a lip stain - I'm currently in love with Revlon's Just Bitten, which was on sale (if it's not, you may as well buy department store brand stains, for the price). Lip stains are smudge proof, last a really long time, and have a matte finish - perfect for the retro look.

They are reasonably priced and hypo-allergenic.
The most fabulous product I have ever tried (and I am quite the product whore) is from Nars. They have a lip crayon in the color ';dragon girl'; that goes on sooooo smooth! I use it as a lipstick, and it last forever. Nars is one of the most highly pigmented make-up lines on the market.
