You need to go buy some lip stain by Vincent Longo. I have it, and when I put it on before I go out it's STILL on the next morning. I'm talking nice, natural lip color here. You can drink, eat, sleep, brush your teeth twice, and it's still there - looking as good as it did when you put it on.
A little pricey, but WELL worth it - I love it!!

I have used lip liner all over my lips in the past, just make sure it matches your lipstick perfectly so you can't see it underneath. Now it put a very light coat of foundation , whether I am using liquid or mineral, and it seems to help. Its half lipstick and then you put a glossy top coat over it to make it last long.

A lip marker of any brand you prefer. It gives color stain on your lips. If you lips is dry you can cover it with gloss. As gloss wears out through the day your lips will not loose color.

A lip marker of any brand you prefer. It gives color stain on your lips. If you lips is dry you can cover it with gloss. As gloss wears out through the day your lips will not loose color.

Hmmm if you want something more long lasting I think you should consider buying a lipstain. Benefit cosmetics makes a nicely colored one otherwise Covergirl has some on the cheaper side that work just fine (though have to be reapplied more often). The Covergirl lipstains also come in a variety of colors so that you can find the shade that suits you best. Benefit comes in only one shade. If you have dry/broken lips, you should invest in a good lip exfoliant. My lips chap badly in the winter season and for that I use Sara Happ's lipscrub, which have also been spotted used by stars such as Jennifer Aniston. The lipscrub by Sara Happ is pricey though I got my pot for 30 bucks + tax but I do find it lasts a long time. I'm sure if you look around you'll find cheaper (maybe even better) ones.

i have woked with Benfit in london and i have also done many bridal makeup. i find that concealer patted on the lips before you use your lipliner and lipstick will keep your lipstick lasting much longer than anyhting else!!! don not worry about the colour change as long as you slick on a couple of layers of your lipstick. also do not forget that matt lipsticks tend to last the longest and the really sticky kind of lipglosses too!
try colouring your lips with a lipliner, applying the lipstick over the top then using a sealent.
you can buy a lipstick sealant from superdrug(cheapest ha) you just apply it over your chosen lipcolour and it seals it for much longer,or try a lip stain.x
If you use the one I use (Lipfinity) then I can tell you from my experience, it is absolutely brilliant as long as you apply it carefully in a thin layer. If you do it in a hurry (as I have done in the past) and do it thicker, there is a problem with it drying well. I do foundation, powder then a moderate coat of colourstay, then eyes, and usually by then it is dry. I usually don't bother with the topcoat until I have done everything else in my ';routine'; but that's more habit than anything - it's one bit I don't need a mirror for!
But if the colour isn't dense enough you can always top up with a second coat before the gloss, as long as it is once again thin, and you leave enough drying time, you should get pretty good results!
I usually find one careful coat is enough.to last for quite a few hours, but very greasy foods can remove quite a lot of it. If I expect one, I take it with me, afterwards do a quick wipe with a baby wipe( and they're cheaper than cosmetic wipes), wait a second for my lips to dry, then reapply and it is still a million times better than normal lipstick.
Lipfinity lip colour is one of the best innovations of the last decade in my view (no I don't work for them, I am a busy mum of 2 and carer to a disabled child so no spare time) and lets me kiss my kids without having to wipe them! A long answer but hopefully telling you all you need to know. All the best and keep your lips on!...

I just put that on dry clean lips and let the stain dry for a minute. You can just use that on its own for a natural look or apply some gloss over it for some shine. it stays on for hours! P.S. NO lip colour is grease proof, so go easy on curries, chips etc. if you want the colour to stay put!

The other day I bought a Jemma Kidd lipstick for like $18. Its the prettiest color, a pale pink. I usually apply a lip balm, clear lip liner and then apply the lipstick. It looks good but as the day goes on the color seems to change and if I try to reapply it gets flakey.
I dont want to buy another lipstick, I wanna know how I can get this lipstick to work for me. Im in high school and I cant really drag around lip liner, lip balm and a million other products and reapply them constantly. get the same color of lip pencial and fill in your lips with it then apply ur lip stick and then put a gloss over it all so it helps to peel away the dead skin on ur lips so just take any lip balm and crush it up and mix it up with suger and put it on ur lips and rub it around then wash it off u can do that like every other day
Take a lip liner in a similar color and apply all over your lips before the lipstick and it'll have something to stick to. Lip balm is definitely not going to help the staying power, so you can also try applying that after you're done. Good luck!

I kinda figured out their secret... the reason that lipstick doesn't budge... eventually I figured out what that smell was: the color smells like NAIL POLISH! No wonder it stays for three friggin days!!
I found the SECRET to getting that stuff OFF, too, and that is: SoftLips. The stuff in the very slender white tube. It's great for removing that crap AND moisturizing your lips. So you can go that route if you really wanted to.

You can do like I do and use a very subtle shade of lipliner, and fill in your lips with the color. Then you can kick it with chapstick in your pocket all day %26amp; you're good.

they also have a shade called 'cinnamn velvt' which is really rich and dark, close to black, but with a reddish hue. you can get these at any nice dept store for around $30 each

Is it a good idea to melt old lipsticks with vaseline to make it last longer?
I have lipsticks that I have had for a few years. I don't wear it everyday.Is it a good idea to melt old lipsticks with vaseline to make it last longer?
Old lipsticks can become contaminated with bacteria even just setting around in a drawer. It's not a good idea to use any lipstick over two years old or to melt it and mix it with petroleum jelly. Heating alters the chemical compound and could change the color dramatically. It's true that heat destroys bacteria;but, why chance it and why go to all the trouble? There are plenty of rather inexpensive lipsticks around, I'm sure you can find a similar color even if yours has been discontinued.Is it a good idea to melt old lipsticks with vaseline to make it last longer?

to remove long lasting lipstick u should use the products special for remoing makeup, or something like nivea nettoyant and wash away all the sticky makeup on your face.
Use a good makeup remover and scrub it off. Of course then your lips will be red from all the scrubbing!!!

well, if you can't get rid of it, hide it by wearing cover up on your lips.. my friend does it cause she doesn't like pink lips..

Try using an oil based waterproof eyemakeup remover. I wear the long lasting lipstick from Revlon and take it off every night with my eyemakeup remover. Don't just use your fingers, rub it off gently with a cotton makeup pad like you would use to remove the eye makeup. Then use your cleanser and rinse and check it out, if it doesn't work, dry your lips %26amp; try it again, if it still doesn't... then I don't know. Good luck hun.

mix a little rubbing alcohol, make up remover, and clinique face wash and take a warm wash cloth and scrub it off. hopefully, you'll get enough off with the mix to cover it up with something else. there isn't really much else you can do.

I don't care for the outlast type lipsticks, because the long-wearing ingreidient, permatone, really dries out your lips. L'oreal makes a great long-wearing lipstick that you don't need a makeup remover to pull off. You do need to let it set-up, though. Put it on, don't rub your lips together, wait about ten secs, and you are good to go for at least three hours. I love this because I don't like looking frumpy just because I'm a teacher. When I bother to wear it, I have some Super Lustrous Lipgloss from Revlon. It goes on pretty thick, so it doesn't need to be reapplied, though it's a little easy to rub off on things.
Use MAC Pro Longwear lip color. It comes with a clear gloss to apply over the lip color. Trust me, this stuff will last until you take it off. You have to use eye makeup remover to remove it.
Depends on how much money. I recieved Chanel lipgloss as a gift, and it works great. I buy Victoria's Secret lipgloss also. Cover Girl, and a few other brands also have some lipstick, that stays on for like 8 hours.
MAC Lipglass - its super shiny, and a little thicker (not an oily feel) so it stays better. There are tons of colors, but i like the clear, so i can just put it on over my lipstick.
The ';stayfast'; lipsticks that all companies sell contain dangerous amounts of lead which has been linked to breast cancer. The more lead, the longer the lipstick will stay on. Better off applying lipstick, powder lips lightly and then reapplying second coat.

Its fab and the color stays a long time!

I don't have a particular kind , but I use Cover Girl , they have great product's as well as make up techniques . They have information on how to tell what make up color's are right for your face shape , skin tone , eye color , hair color .. ect .

A convenience is that the tint and gloss are on the same stick, instead of being two separate sticks. It goes on smoothly, no caking or flaking. Walmart has it for 7.97, other drug stores for 9 something. A nice surprise was the color i got looked perfect on me, without having to go back and try a different color. now i need more and i'm waiting for a 2-fer from walgreens or cvs.

I don't care for the outlast type lipsticks, because the long-wearing ingreidient, permatone, really dries out your lips. L'oreal makes a great long-wearing lipstick that you don't need a makeup remover to pull off. You do need to let it set-up, though. Put it on, don't rub your lips together, wait about ten secs, and you are good to go for at least three hours. I love this because I don't like looking frumpy just because I'm a teacher. When I bother to wear it, I have some Super Lustrous Lipgloss from Revlon. It goes on pretty thick, so it doesn't need to be reapplied, though it's a little easy to rub off on things.
Use MAC Pro Longwear lip color. It comes with a clear gloss to apply over the lip color. Trust me, this stuff will last until you take it off. You have to use eye makeup remover to remove it.
Depends on how much money. I recieved Chanel lipgloss as a gift, and it works great. I buy Victoria's Secret lipgloss also. Cover Girl, and a few other brands also have some lipstick, that stays on for like 8 hours.
MAC Lipglass - its super shiny, and a little thicker (not an oily feel) so it stays better. There are tons of colors, but i like the clear, so i can just put it on over my lipstick.
The ';stayfast'; lipsticks that all companies sell contain dangerous amounts of lead which has been linked to breast cancer. The more lead, the longer the lipstick will stay on. Better off applying lipstick, powder lips lightly and then reapplying second coat.

People have said that it's with kim's dog in the common room (the library). But I've looked repeatly and I don't see the dog. I found the dog toys.....but NO! dog...I've also looked throughout the enire building and just can't find the dog or the lipstick. Nelson's office is locked and going into Scott's office is a huge mistake because he's no help. What is the best longwear lipstick to last between kissing and eating??
i have tried loreal infallible never fail lip color. i have to say it's the best out of all the longwear lip colors i have tried but when i eat it seems to wear off near the inside of my lip where it's kind of wet...then i have to remove all of it with make up remover and reapply because part of it is eaten off. anyone know a really good one that can last between kissing, drinking, and eating things like sandwiches without coming off at all or near the inside of my lips?? i also want it to last for several hours...all day would be great! :)What is the best longwear lipstick to last between kissing and eating??

try using COVER GIRL OUTLAST LIPCOLOR!! if your looking for somthing that will seriously stay put no matter what you do with your lips, i would definately recommend this stuff. i have this stuff, and it will stay on and will not fade for up to 24hrs.

You are asking too much from a lipstick...no matter how good it is you will always will have to do some retouching after eating or kissing (by the way avoid heavy lipstick when meeting your man, we hate eat that stuff and we certainly hate to WEAR it).

I like MaxFactor Lipfinity. It lasts all day even through eating and drinking. My lipstick doesn't last long at all. I know that reapplication is always needed, but honestly- it comes off five minutes after I put it on! I use good brands like Estee Lauder. 1. Soften You Lips By Applying A Lip Balm, Then Use A Dry (Clean) Toothbrush To Get Rid Of Dead Skin, The Balm Will Protect Your Lips And Stop Them Getting Irritated, Whilst The Brush Gets Rid Of Any Flaky Bits.
2. Blot Off Any Excess Balm With A Tissue And Then Apply A Bit Of Concealer Using A Thin Brush To Paint Over The Lips.
3. Apply Your Shade Of Lippy, Using A Lip Brush. Trace Around The Edges Of The Lips And Draw The Colour Inwards, Keeping Your Mouth Open So You Can Get The Colour Right In.
4. Put A Layer Of Translucent Face Powder On Your Lips - This Might Sound Weird But It Helps Soak Up Any Oil And Will Make Your Lipstick Last Longer. Gently Pat It In With Your Index Finger, So The End Result Is Smoother.
5. Finally Use Your Lip Brush To Apply Your Second Coat. Press Your Lips Together Afterwards To Seal In The Colour.
Firstly, prime your lips with a lip prime - MAC does a great one.
And liner your lips with a lip liner (it must be the same shade as the lip stick), this stops bleeding a smudging.
Then apply the lipstick. Some people then add lip gloss, but I don't think this makes a difference to lasting time - just what you personally prefer.
But you should great a great lipstick first, MAC, Bourgeois, Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent %26amp; Bobbi Brown have great ranges.
(Tip: Bourgeois %26amp; Chanel are made with the same ingredients so it maybe just cheaper to use Bourgeois ^^)
I've heard that if you go over your lips with a sheer blush after you put on the lipstick it will last longer. I've never tried it myself, but it supposedly works.

Firstly, prime your lips with a lip prime - MAC does a great one.
And liner your lips with a lip liner (it must be the same shade as the lip stick), this stops bleeding a smudging.
Then apply the lipstick. Some people then add lip gloss, but I don't think this makes a difference to lasting time - just what you personally prefer.
But you should great a great lipstick first, MAC, Bourgeois, Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent %26amp; Bobbi Brown have great ranges.
(Tip: Bourgeois %26amp; Chanel are made with the same ingredients so it maybe just cheaper to use Bourgeois ^^)

I use that brand, and when I want change colors, it's easy to get off with some oil if I'm home, or just a chapstick if I'm out.
Peanut Butter!!!!! Apply a little bit of peanut butter with a cotton swab to your daughter's face. The peanut butter will remove the oily substance from the listick and it will be come easier to remove! Good luck!

Personally i use 2 different red colours, one darker than the other. I apply a really thick layer of the darker one using a lipstick brush then i blot it twice with a tissue, then repeat with the lighter one. This works for me, it produces the perfect red colour and it doesn't smudge or come of on my glass or my bf's lips and it stays on until i want it to come off.

It depends on which kind you get...
Foundation if it is liquid typically lasts longer than powder. Usually about 8-10 hours.
Eyeliner last a LONG time...for me at least.
Eyeshadow will typically last as long as a powder foundations 6-8 hours as long as you dont rub your eyes too much.
Lipstick...depends on the kind you get. I reccomend the new cover girl color gloss combo...it lasts forever and doesnt get all over everything.Can somebody tell me how long does the makeup last (eyeshadow, blush, lipstick,lip%26amp;eye liner, foundation etc)?

Mascara will start to clump and smell funny. Powder, blush and eyeshadow usually will become harder to use, you will have to work harder to get the desired amount of color. Liquid eyeshadows I have found will clump while you are putting them on, and not go on as smooth, and they to can smell kind of funny. You are not supposed to use mascara after 3 months, but I think as long as none of these things are happening you will be fine.
